Return & Exchange Policy

At WZHA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items Eligible for Return

✓ Items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✓ Items with original tags still attached
✓ Items received in wrong size or wrong colour
✓ Items that are damaged or defective on arrival

Items NOT Eligible for Return

✗ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
✗ Items without original tags
✗ Sale or discounted items
✗ Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 313 8819089 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the item.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges on all regular-priced items. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days and we will exchange it at no extra charge (subject to stock availability).

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:
• Wrong item sent by WZHA
• Defective or damaged item received
• Item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer). COD orders are refunded via Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect), WZHA covers all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or size, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
